​Carriage Hire Terms and Conditions

​

• Scheduled Tours: Booking terms and conditions are provided when you book online - please refer to your booking confirmation which will detail all terms and conditions of hire.

• Event Hire: Booking terms and conditions are provided separately with your quotation and / or event pack.

• Quotations are provided with an expiry date. The quotation is only valid up to that date. Once expired, a new quotation is provided and pricing may change.

Complaints and disputes.

We welcome feedback from customers as it helps us to maintain / improve standards. Should the organizer be unhappy about any aspect of the event or trip, they should firstly notify the driver and or groom who will endeavour to rectify any problems. Complaints arising should then be notified in writing on email or to the registered office as soon as possible, no later than 7 days after the event.

7. Email Newsletter subscriptions are taken in compliance with UK Spam Laws detailed in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.

8. All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

9. No personal details are passed on to third parties nor shared with companies / people outside of the company that operates this website. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you may request a copy of personal information held about you by this websites email newsletter programme. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to the business address in the Contact section.

10. Email marketing campaigns published by this website or its owners may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Windsor Carriages Discount & Referral Programmes Terms and Conditions

​

Applicable to Advantage Card Holders. You can get fantastic discounts at a range of attractions, retailers, restaurants, council services, leisure activities including Windsor Castle (free entry with yellow advantage card), Legoland, Savill Garden, borough leisure centres and health and beauty.

​

Applicable to guests booking on receipt of a referral from a previous paid guest.

​

1. Discounts are only available when booking Heritage Rides October to March inclusively and do not apply to additional services and products.

2. Booking must be made by calling 01753 981980 or emailing info@windsorcarriages.co.uk

3. Discount must be quoted at the time of booking to receive the 20% discount.

4. Once payment has been taken we are unable to process refunds should you wish to

apply the discount code retrospectively – no exceptions.

5. Online bookings are excluded – please phone or email to book with your referral code.

6. For referrals please provide us with the email of your referee for us to contact them with their 10% off reward code.

7. The 20% off reward code for referees will be emailed to them once their referral has booked and paid for their experience.

8. You may be asked to provide your booking number and or proof of your booking as the referee if we cannot find your booking manually in our system. 

9. Discount codes cannot be combined, one discount code per booking.
