Harnessing Success

Harnessing Success | Leadership in Motion

Designed for Leadership Teams

Harnessing Success is suited to:

• Board-level teams
• Senior leadership groups
• High-growth companies
• International partner delegations
• Structured incentive and executive recognition programmes

The programme can be shaped around your company values, strategic themes or specific leadership challenges. This is an experience designed to strengthen alignment, not simply morale.

Structured, Managed, Intentional

Horses work within a carefully managed operational window.
Routes are risk assessed and estate permissions confirmed in advance.

Group rotations are designed for depth rather than repetition, ensuring meaningful engagement throughout.

The programme is delivered with clarity, safety and structured flow.

Leadership deserves discipline.
So does the environment in which it is explored.

Designed for Leadership Teams

Leadership cannot be rehearsed in theory.

It must be felt in motion, observed under pressure and reflected upon in real time.

Harnessing Success is a structured leadership programme hosted in Windsor. It combines keynote insight, facilitated discussion and carriage-led leadership in motion within a live operational environment.

Working horses do not respond to hierarchy. They respond to clarity, timing and calm authority. What they reveal about communication and decision-making is immediate and unfiltered.

This is not a team-building activity.

It is a leadership environment.

Harnessing Success is venue-based and structured around your leadership objectives.

Each programme includes:

• Hosted welcome and keynote introduction
• Ground-based horse interaction exploring clarity and communication
• Carriage-led leadership in motion
• Facilitated reflection linking experience to organisational behaviours
• Optional hospitality and onward dining

Final timings are shaped once group size, venue and strategic goals are confirmed.

This is depth, not novelty.

On the carriage, leadership becomes physical.

Guests sit beside a professional coachman. Where appropriate, they take the reins under supervision.

The reins transmit hesitation.
They transmit clarity.
They transmit mixed signals.

Horses respond not to volume, but to consistency. Not to force, but to intention.

Short pauses during the drive allow reflection on:

• Authority without aggression
• Timing and release
• Responsibility for consequence
• Trust between leader and team
• Confidence under scrutiny

Leadership is felt through leather and movement.

Before driving, teams work alongside our horses and carriage team.

This session explores:

• Calm authority
• Clear boundaries
• Non-verbal communication
• Reading response and adapting quickly

Horses mirror uncertainty. They reward consistency. They disengage from mixed signals.

In minutes, teams see behaviours that may take months to surface in a boardroom.

Led by Rebecca Seear

Harnessing Success is led by Rebecca Seear, custodian of Windsor Carriages and part of a family lineage that has driven Windsor’s working hackney carriages for generations.

Raised within the discipline of professional carriage driving and later building a senior corporate career in project and operational leadership, Rebecca bridges two worlds: performance under pressure and precision in motion.

Her approach blends lived heritage, structured facilitation and commercial insight — ensuring that the experience resonates not only emotionally, but strategically.

This is leadership understood from both sides of the reins.

The Foundations Behind the Programme

Explore the heritage that underpins Harnessing Success. Licensed hackney carriages have operated in Windsor since at least 1687. Our own coachman lineage has worked within that tradition since 1849 — preserving not only the craft, but standards of discipline, judgement and trust.
