All of our visits are fully hosted, and every visit or event is personally curated by Rebecca.
Every Windsor experience takes time — on average around ten days — allowing space to reflect, consider, and craft something entirely personal and beautifully orchestrated.
We collaborate with every major venue and trusted supplier in Windsor, from The Guildhall and 5-star hotels to private chefs and guides, to create the definitive Windsor experience.
Pricing
Visits with Windsor Carriages are privately commissioned rather than booked online. While our history as working Hackney carriages underpins our licensed access today, our work has evolved. Hosting horses and guests within a busy town and a working royal estate requires care, coordination, and many experienced hands on the day.
We host a limited number of visits and events, focusing on one visiting party in a day, so that each experience receives the attention it requires. For this reason, we do not offer fixed prices or set packages. Each proposal reflects what the visit truly requires, rather than how long the carriage chapter is in motion.
