A Living Windsor Tradition

We host one private party per operating day. There are no shared tours and no standard itineraries. Each visit unfolds around you, your timing, and the realities of a royal town and working estate.
Operating under Windsor’s historic Hackney carriage licence, part of a recorded tradition dating to 1687 and formally traced through successive Windsor coachmen since 1849.
Our evolution protects what matters most: the welfare of our horses, the integrity of our traditions and the quality of time our guests experience. Carrying Windsor’s carriage heritage forward requires intention, stewardship and continuity.

Our hosted days begin with private chauffeur transfers onto the estate, allowing access to areas public vehicles cannot reach. Some days are intimate and familial. Others extend to estate luncheons beneath the oaks, leadership gatherings or collective celebrations. Whatever the scale, your visit is guided and held with quiet coordination, so you remain present rather than managing detail. However it takes shape, your experience is guided, coordinated, and cared for, so you can remain present, rather than managing the details.

Windsor has been part of my life since childhood. I grew up here alongside the carriages my father drove, learning early that tradition only survives when it is handled with care, restraint, and respect.
Today, my role is to host visits that feel personal, unhurried, and genuinely connected to Windsor. From the moment you enquire, I take time to understand what matters to you, then shape a day that reflects both your story and the character of this place.
We host just one private visit per day. This allows my team and me to give each experience our full attention, protecting the pace, the horses, and the integrity of the day itself.
