"I had the privilege of doing the Crown Experience this morning. I almost cancelled due to bad weather but was assured that I would have an enjoyable experience - and I did. Rebecca (guide) and John (driver) and of course, Joe, our magnificent horse made the morning an amazing experience. Both were very personable, and knowledgeable - I thoroughly enjoyed the history as well as the local stories - providing a real insight in to the Great Park and the families who care for it. Also thank you for organising lunch at the guards polo club. It made the day even more magical. The food and drink was excellent and we could even see some polo practice going on in the distance.
The girls had such a wonderful time that they are keen to make it a yearly or every two year experience.

"An absolutely wonderful experience. The groom and driver were great fun, very knowledgeable and looked after us royally. The 2 seater Queen Victoria Carriage is definitely the way to see Windsor Park with classic lines and a very comfortable ride. Stopping for champagne at great view points, seeing so many deer with their young and of course, the star of the entire ride, Joey, a magnificent horse with lots of character and a very real sense of humour. "My parents John & Yvonne owen had the most amazing time, this was a Christmas gift for them, throughout the entire experience from booking to rescheduling due to poor health the office team were extremely professional and friendly on every occasion contact was made. Upon arrival yesterday from watching the changing of the guards to meeting Joey and the carriage drivers, the service was five star start to finish when dropping them off at the Windsor Hotel for afternoon Tea. My parents said that the information and general conversation was educational along with both being extremely friendly and welcoming. We own horses ourselves so this was such a treat for them both, we would definitely return and highly recommend to all for the overall experience ."
