The pooch mooch series celebrates the special relationship between a child and their dog, seeing life from the dogs perspective and giving viewers the chance to look at what they get up to with their young viewers whilst out and about all around the UK.

There is one special day of the year the Windsor Carriage horses have a well-earned day off...when over 500 Santas arrive at Windsor Castle for the iconic annual Santa Dash (this year on Sunday 27th November), raising money for the Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service. Thank you to everyone who took part including Windsor Royal Shopping Centre, Daniel of Windsor, Stems Flowers and The Castle Hotel.

to view some of our treasures such as our old Hackney carriage plates with shilling fares and a model of Windsors Hackney Carriage Landau licensed since 1910. The museum is located in the centre of Windsor town in The Guildhall, just a short walk from where you meet the carriage.

During our research to restore our Landau carriage built in 1860, a photo from 1964 was located, possibly the oldest photo we have of a Windsor Carriages wedding, in the historic Landau!

Christmas trips were fitted in between lockdowns.
 
Our Christmas carriage decorated with festive cheer and our beautiful horses wearing their sleigh bells to provide a Christmas experience like no other. Mulled wine and mince pies were provided with our compliments.

We were invited to participate in the 2020 Windsor exhibition hosted by local charity Busy Buttons. We were able to deliver one of our carriages to the shopping centre for children (and adults) to enjoy and provided talks about the history of the Windsor carriages.

Wow! We are on the Monopoly board! As a local heritage icon, Windsor Carriages were invited to feature on the Windsor edition of the Monopoly board. We even took Mr Monopoly on a drive in the carriage.
