Group Visits At Windsor Castle

Heritage Afternoon | Group Windsor Visit

The Heritage Afternoon is a structured, fully hosted group programme delivered within Windsor Great Park and the historic town.

Designed for international travel planners, cultural groups and celebratory gatherings, this experience integrates carriage procession, guided narrative and hospitality within a professionally managed hosting window.

Guests are welcomed by our hosting team before rotating through a structured estate chapter featuring licensed carriage procession along The Long Walk, guided storytelling and carefully timed pauses for photographs and refreshment.

This programme is delivered within a defined hosting window, allowing larger groups to experience the carriage in managed rotations while maintaining calm pacing and continuity.

It may be commissioned as a standalone estate chapter or positioned within a wider Royal Windsor programme.

Signature Settings

Windsor’s ceremonial avenues and historic backdrops provide distinctive visual settings. Photographs are integrated naturally within the programme, timed to coincide with estate light, guest flow and carriage positioning.

The Long Walk is one of Windsor’s most iconic and beloved landmarks: a grand, tree-lined avenue stretching 2.64 miles (4.25 km) from the Castle gates to the Copper Horse statue in Windsor Great Park. A symbol of royal ceremony and timeless English design, it remains a place of quiet beauty, reflection, and unforgettable perspective.

"The views of the castle were spectacular. We fell in love with the beautiful horses."
