How do I book a carriage?

Is the carriage suitable for all ages and abilities?
Yes. Each tour is tailored to your interests in the Park and Windsor History. We can keep children as young as 3 engaged and those under 3 tend to fall asleep to the rhythm of the carriage. Blankets and umbrellas available in the event of unexpected weather. The carriage is accessed via two wide low steps with hand rails and is suitable for all abilities. The lowest step is 20cm from the ground.
COVID UPDATE 18/06/20: We are unable to provide assistance when getting into the carriage due to social distancing guidelines. Each carriage has low wide steps and is easily accessible. If you have accessibility problems and require assistance from our employees; we ask you to book at a later date.

The nearest landmark is The Two Brewers Pub. There is no parking at Windsor Castle or on The Long Walk.

What if the weather is poor?
Please assume your tour will go ahead unless we contact you.
Our carriages are open carriages, please dress appropriately for the British weather which is changeable.
Blankets and umbrellas are provided in the event of rain or cold weather. Please see booking terms and conditions for further information on cancellations.
COVID UPDATE 18/06/20: We will no longer be able to provide umbrellas, picnic rugs or blankets. Should you require these, we ask you to bring your own.
